Pastor Andrew Farhat serves as the Lead Pastor of St. John’s Church and School in Denver, where he leads a mission-centered community focused on proclaiming the Gospel and nurturing faith in families. Born and raised in Seattle, Andrew’s story reflects transformation, perseverance, and a lifelong calling to share the message of Jesus Christ.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, Andrew pursued theological studies at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, graduating with a Master of Divinity in 2009. His ministry has taken him from St. Paul Lutheran Church and School in Roseburg, Oregon, to his current role leading St. John’s Church Denver—a multi-campus congregation dedicated to faith formation, outreach, and Christian education.
Andrew Farhat’s journey of faith began with a powerful conversion experience in college, where he encountered the truth of the Gospel and dedicated his life to following Christ. Over the years, his ministry has focused on preaching, teaching, and guiding others toward a deeper relationship with God.
At St. John’s Church Denver, Pastor Andrew leads through biblical teaching, community outreach, and a heart for family ministry. He has also played a key role in developing leadership programs, strengthening mission partnerships in the U.S. and abroad, and ensuring that St. John’s School Denver continues to provide a Christ-centered education rooted in excellence.
